What should I do after submitting a complaint?
After receiving your complaint, platform staff will assign someone to follow up on your complaint within 3 working days. Please pay close attention to the trade dispute information in your account and check your email regularly.
For any questions regarding your complaint, please handle them through the complaint processing page in your Virtual Office. We only process complaints via the dedicated complaint handling page.
